Drivers make a pre-trip inspection prior to each route and/or field trip. In addition, mechanics maintain all vehicles and have each vehicles on a preventative maintenance schedule.

Wood Lane staff will provide presentations for children on bus safety. In addition, staff is available to help with disability awareness for bus drivers in local school districts and how they can be better prepared to work with students with disabilities.
